Welcome, I’m Tim Coleman, founder of Antihero Talent Group.

I’ve spent the last twenty-plus years in music as a touring musician, promoter, and manager. I’ve seen how this works from every side, and more importantly, I’ve seen where artists get stuck. Antihero was built to fix that to bring structure, direction, and honest guidance to artists trying to actually build something.

What started as just me has grown into a small, tight team that operates the same way I do no bullshit, clear communication, and steady, consistent work. We’re not here to hype things up we’re here to help artists move forward.

We come out of DIY and independent music, but we’re not boxed into any one lane. At the end of the day, we work with artists who care about what they’re doing, communicate well, and are willing to put the work in. If that’s not there, nothing else really matters.

Everything we do is development-first. Most artists don’t need more noise they need a plan. We focus on release strategy, streaming growth, and long-term direction so things actually build over time instead of starting over with every release.

Some artists come to us for a specific rollout or to get their process dialed in. Others work with us more closely on an ongoing basis. Either way, the goal is the same build momentum, make smarter moves, and create something that lasts.

We’ll step in where we’re needed, call things out when they’re off, and stay out of the way where the artist’s vision should lead.
