Independent Artist Management and Development

FAQ

Q: Who do you work with?

We work with independent artists who are serious about getting better and building something real. You don’t need massive numbers — but you do need strong songs, consistency, and the drive to improve. If you’re committed to the long game, we’re interested.

Q: What genres do you represent?

We’re open. Our roster ranges from folk and Americana to heavier and alternative projects. Genre isn’t the deciding factor — effort, vision, and work ethic are.

Q: What does your development process look like?

We start with where you are right now — then build a clear plan for where you’re going. That usually means mapping out releases, refining your brand, growing your audience intentionally, and creating real revenue opportunities. Nothing cookie-cutter. Everything tailored.

Q: How does management with Antihero work?

Management is a partnership. We work closely with the artists we represent and think long-term. If it’s the right fit, we’ll build a strategy together and stay focused on steady, sustainable growth. We don’t jump in casually — and we don’t think short-term.

Q: Can you help with branding, press, and EPKs?

Absolutely. We help tighten your visuals, messaging, press materials, and digital presence so everything feels cohesive and professional. If pieces are missing, we’ll help build them properly.

Q: Are you taking on new artists?

We’re selective, but always open to the right conversation. If you’re serious about growth and ready for structure, send over your music, your goals, and what you’re working toward.
